Just a little about me… This is my 18^th year in education & 1^st Year as a Bronco!! I have been a school counselor for the past 8 years, but have also taught everything from 7^th grade Science to 12^th grade Government.

I am not native to the Panhandle, but am originally from Madisonville, Texas, a small town in east Texas.

I graduated from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Development and in 2004 from Sam Houston State University with my Master’s degree in Agriculture. I received my Master’s of Education in School Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2014.

My husband is a farmer and rancher. I have two children, Wes, who is a senior and will be attending Texas A&M in the fall of 2024 and Kate is a sophomore. As a family, we stock show, play basketball, and are constantly on the go.

We love it and would not have it any other way. I love to travel, read, watch college sports, and attend all types of theater productions.
